We visited the Willis farm last year, and to say it was a life-changing experience is an understatement. I would encourage everyone to dig deeper and find out exactly where their food comes from.

My wife & I had the chance to visit the Paul Willis Farm. Paul is the head of the Niman Ranch Pork Company, purveyors of the finest meat in the world, raised both humanely and sustainably.
If you’ve eaten at Chipotle, you’re probably familiar with Niman Ranch, as they’re one of Chipotle’s main meat suppliers.
In a world where super-lean pork raised in horrible CAFOs is the norm, what Niman Ranch does is a breath of fresh air.
