Zingerman’s Magic Brownies

You’ve probably seen me lavish praise on Zingerman’s, the deli-cum-culinary empire based in Ann Arbor, Michigan. They’re famous for their food and legendary Customer Service, and one thing they’re well-known for is their Magic Brownies. Supposedly, the creator of the recipe now lives in Baltimore.
Recently, I gave my wife a Zingerman’s Cookie & Brownie gift box for her birthday. Her exact words while biting into a Magic Brownie: “This is the finest brownie I have ever tasted.”
Zingerman’s has a rep for sharing their famous recipes, and this one was in Midwest Living. Enjoy!
